Is CAMTV the same as a TV box?
No. CAMTV is a service. We are not selling a TV, TV box or stick on this page. You use your own compatible TV or streaming device.
Do I need to buy a new Smart TV?
Not if your current TV or streaming device supports a suitable player. Send us your brand and exact model before buying any new device.
Will CAMTV work on Samsung or LG TVs?
It may work on supported Samsung and LG models with a compatible player. Support depends on the model, operating system and app store. We will help you check.
Does CAMTV require internet?
Yes. Your device needs a working internet connection throughout viewing. Your CAMTV trial or plan does not include internet data.
What internet speed do I need?
You need a steady connection. The speed needed depends on picture quality and other people using your internet. Higher quality needs more speed and data. Use your trial to check playback on your own connection; a speed test alone cannot guarantee it.
Can I watch football?
CAMTV has sports channels that may carry football and other events. Ask about the matches and channels you want, and check them during your trial. Coverage and availability can change.
Can I watch movies and series?
Yes. Explore the movies and series available during your trial. Specific titles, languages and picture quality can change.
Is the 24-hour trial really free?
Yes. There is no CAMTV subscription payment to start the free 24-hour service trial. You pay for your own internet data. A third-party player may charge a separate activation fee; check this with us first.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your access ends after 24 hours. You can choose and pay for a subscription if you want to continue. Requesting a trial does not buy a plan or automatically charge you. We will confirm your trial's activation and expiry details on WhatsApp.
Do I need to pay for an IPTV player?
Some player apps charge for activation or ongoing use. Others may offer their own trial. Player costs are separate from CAMTV. We will help you check suitable options and fees before setup.
What if I need help setting up my TV?
Message us on WhatsApp with your TV brand and model. We guide you through the suitable player and CAMTV setup. Wait for us to confirm activation before expecting trial access.
Can CAMTV buffer or freeze?
Yes. Playback can be affected by your internet, device, player or the stream itself. Try a lower quality if available, pause other downloads and contact us if it continues. Test on your own setup before subscribing.
Can I use CAMTV on more than one device?
Device and simultaneous viewing limits depend on the access provided. Ask us to confirm your trial and plan limits before adding another device or watching on two screens at once.
